This project centered around a large residential property where scale and openness required a disciplined approach to lighting. The goal was to create structure and definition across expansive outdoor areas while maintaining warmth and restraint throughout the evening experience.
Architectural lighting was balanced with carefully layered landscape illumination to establish depth without overwhelming the property. Pathways, gathering spaces, and landscape transitions were treated individually, allowing the system to guide movement naturally while preserving the character of the site at night.
Each fixture was adjusted in the field to ensure consistency in intensity, spacing, and hierarchy—resulting in a system that feels intentional from every viewpoint.
Every project starts with a conversation. Tell us about your property and what you’re hoping to achieve and we’ll take it from there.
