This project began with a property that had strong architecture and a well-considered landscape but no cohesive lighting plan to speak of. The goal was to design a system that elevated the façade, layered depth across the landscape, and created a warm, inviting atmosphere for outdoor entertaining without ever feeling overlit or staged.
Every fixture was specified for a precise application — beam spreads matched to the scale of each architectural element, color temperatures calibrated to complement the exterior materials, and zones designed to shift from a full arrival experience to a quiet evening setting with a single adjustment.
Every project starts with a conversation. Tell us about your property and what you’re hoping to achieve and we’ll take it from there.
