Located along the waterfront in Medina, this project required a restrained approach that responded to both the scale of the architecture and the surrounding environment. The goal was to establish a lighting system that enhanced the property’s presence at night while maintaining softness, contrast, and visual calm throughout the site.
Architectural elements were illuminated selectively to create depth and rhythm without overexposure, while landscape lighting was layered to support movement and define outdoor spaces naturally. Particular attention was given to reflection, sightlines, and the relationship between interior and exterior views after dark.
The final system feels integrated into the property as a whole—quiet in appearance, but deliberate in every detail.
